Enter the door at the bottom of this screen to go to a directory of tabs for your written safety program. 

Click on Tab 1 to see sections in the Accident Prevention Plan. 

These are the policy sections that establish responsibilities and describe how the safety and health programs will be used. 

As you go to sections, the BACK BUTTON at top left of the screen will  return you to the previous page. 
When a section is on the screen, you can print it immediately by clicking on the browser's PRINT button (above and center).

Or, you can save a copy to your computer by going to FILE and SAVE. 

By saving the file, you can re-open it later in current versions of Microsoft Word or Corel Word Perfect.  This lets you add the company name and customize each section.
After you have printed or saved each section of the Accident Prevention Plan, proceed to the other tabs.

Tabs 2 through 18 contain  safe work  procedures for a range of topics.  Some of these are basic safety rules that apply to most work situations. 

Other sections (for example working with forklifts, or excavation safety) are specific to certain types of work.

Read each section in each tab to see if it applies to your work environment. Print or save the tabs and sections that you need. 

Place tabs and sections in a ring binder as the written Accident Prevention Plan and Master Safety Program for your workplace.
