	*TARGET SAFETY TAILGATE MEETINGS* Many work assignments start each day with some type of tailgate meeting. S.T.A.R.T.^tm blends daily safety awareness, learning and last minute risk assessment into the meeting. Altogether the component is called Target Safety^tm.
	*LAST MIMUTE RISK ASSESSMENT* The concept of making a "last minute" risk assessment has a range of applications- all beneficial. Take a moment before beginning the work to look around - one more time - for anything that could go wrong.
	Job Safety Observation Pocket Cards This is a behavior-based safety component that gives each worker a written tool and opportunity to do an anonymous reality check, looking for both "safe" and "at-risk" situations at the work site in real time.
	NEAR-MISS REPORTING & ANALTSIS Near-misses cannot be "left to luck." They must be reported and investigated to prevent reoccurrences. It’s part of S.T.A.R.T.TM
	STOP WORK AUTHORITY Stop Work Authority gives EVERYONE on a jobsite the authority and responsibility to ensure their own safety and the safety of others while at work.
