OSHA forklift rules mandate detailed and site specific training for operators based on the types of lifts they use and site-specific situations in the workplace.  Each operator must be trained and evaluated by the employer before being allowed to operate a powered industrial truck.

FORKLIFT 2000 meets the OSHA academic requirements of Forklift Training, Evaluation and Certification. These programs are applicable to General Industry, Construction and Maritime industries (50 min English and Spanish).

UPDATED TRAINING FOR EXPERIENCED OPERATORS  This 16 minute video is designed for currently trained and authorized operators, to learn the new updated Engineering Principles and Technical Information required under the new OSHA standards (English and Spanish).

SITE-SPECIFIC MODULES on videotape. OSHA now requires that more "site-specific" training be conducted, including specific type trucks operators will be operating, other potential hazards. These video modules can be used in segments to meet the new "SITE SPECIFIC" training requirements. Modules include Carbon Monoxide, Propane, Walkie Stackers, Battery Charging, and Electric Pallet Jacks. If companies don't use propane or pallet jacks, then that module need not be shown. The new rules are very specific about "site-specific" training. (60 min English and Spanish) 

INCLUDES CD-ROM with complete forklift training manual, forklift operator handout booklet with color pictures, 50 test questions for employee testing (Spanish available), performance evaluation checklists, maintenance checklists, Certificates of Completion, Operator Licenses and an instructor lesson plan. The only additional training employers will need to meet the new OSHA training requirements is hands-on training and performance evaluations (required for any type of training).
