Individual Operator Qualification assessments can be scheduled at your company or project location, or Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Safety Advantage Training Center in Houston. Please call 800.960.1239 or 713.977.5690 for scheduling and appointment information.  

Assessment options include written assessments administered to groups of employees, or individual administration of Operator Qualification written assessments and Performance Verifications.

Generally, on-site assessments should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance, although special arrangements and expedited scheduling are available.
