Safety Advantage offers videos, written programs and resources that we use in our own safety consulting and training practice.  This is perhaps our sincerest testament to the quality of the products.

We want to make sure anything that you purchase from Safety Advantage meets YOUR safety, training and compliance needs.

If an item does not fulfill your expectations, you may return it for a FULL REFUND of the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges, within 15 days of the initial product shipping date. 

There are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES or restocking fees so long as an item is returned within the 15 days.  Please follow the return instructions explained in the block immediately below.

We pride ourselves in the quality of products and resources provided to Clients.  If any item purchased from Safety Advantage is defective, it will be REPLACED IMMEDIATELY.

Call before you ship.

Ship by a method that gives you a return receipt.

There is no additional charge for any return made within 15 days of the shipping date.  

Returns received later than 15 days after the shipping date will be charged a 10% restocking charge.

Returns received later than 30 days after the shipping date will be charged a 25% restocking charge.

We cannot accept items returned later than 60 days after the shipping date.

To return an item, please call us at 800-960-1239 or 713-977-5690 prior to shipping it back.  We will help make sure that your return is processed promptly and that you are properly credited when refund is made.  

FULL REFUND will be given on any return within 15 days of the initial product shipping date.  Unless return is due to a defect in the product, returns made later than 15 days after initial shipping date will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  Returns made later than 30 days after initial shipping will be charged a 25% restocking fee.  We cannot accept items returned later than 60 days after the initial shipping date.

Merchandise must be returned intact and in a condition that allows for resale.
