Safety Advantage offers videos, written programs and resources that we use in our own safety consulting and training practice.  This is perhaps our sincerest testament to the quality of the products.

We want to make sure anything that you purchase from Safety Advantage meets YOUR safety, training and compliance needs.

To process the order you will be asked to give a credit card payment method.  Each and every order gives you a NO-RISK 15-BUSINESS-DAY REVIEW PERIOD.  If you decide to return a video, the credit card transaction will be promptly adjusted once the video is received at Safety Advantage in a re-sellable condition.

Digital products are guaranteed to perform as designed and described on this site.  If a digital product is defective it will be replaced immediately.  Because digital data and written materials can easily be duplicated, these products cannot be returned for a refund.

Because of copyright requirements we cannot offer reviews of non-video merchandise such as CD-ROM, DVD, computer-based and and photo reproducible written materials. 

Of course, if a non-video product has a defect, it will be REPLACED IMMEDIATELY at no additional cost and we will cover all handling and shipping charges.
 

IMPORTANT NOTE:   Return policies for video tapes, non-digital programs and training materials are intended so that Clients can make sure that resources meet their needs.  

To use these materials for actual training or program implementation and then return them for a refund is a violation of copyright that can be prosecuted by the copyright holder under civil and criminal laws.
